1. Terms of Use

NotePreso includes Speaker Notes for existing PowerPoint files and Presentation Generator for creating new decks from source material. These terms apply to both applications. Users remain responsible for checking accuracy, rights to the material, and suitability before presenting or publishing the output.

A “Completed” status does not guarantee that every AI interpretation is correct. Review warnings, fallbacks, and visual coverage.

2. Privacy

Uploaded presentations and source material are processed to provide the requested notes or generated decks. Speaker Notes stores files temporarily in application job storage. When OpenAI mode is used, slide text and, when Vision is enabled, rendered target-slide images are sent to the OpenAI API to generate output. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.

3. AI Notice

AI may misread charts, images, tables, scientific context, names, numbers, or causal relationships. The system has quality checks and recovery, but human review remains required for important use.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to access other users' data without authorization, submit malware or dangerous files, extract secrets/system prompts, abuse the API, or process material that violates law or third-party rights.

5. Service Limits

Limits on file size, slide count, Vision, instruction length, chat turns, and estimated cost are enforced for stability and predictable usage. Administrators may change these limits based on capacity.

6. Data Retention

Speaker Notes. Jobs become eligible for cleanup 168 hours after their last update. Cleanup runs during application startup when enabled. You can also delete jobs from the Speaker Notes dashboard.

Presentation Generator. You can delete a project in the Presentation workspace. Deleting a project removes its saved project data, exports and uploaded project assets from active storage. Wait for any active generation to finish before deleting the project.

Backups and service records. Our daily local Speaker Notes backups are kept for about 14 days. Backups, infrastructure logs and third-party service records follow separate retention schedules. Contact NotePreso Support with questions about a specific record.

7. Billing & Refunds

NotePreso is provided by PT ACTIA BERSAMA SEJAHTERA (Actia Carbon). Paddle is our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for payments.

All payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paid subscriptions renew as stated at checkout until cancelled. Use the management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle support to cancel. Cancellation and refunds are separate. Read the Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
