Questions before you begin

Can I create slides and speaker notes with the same account?+

Yes. Presentation creates a new deck from your source material. Speaker Notes adds notes to an existing PowerPoint. Presentation Generator requires Pro. Pro accounts share one subscription and credit balance across both apps.

Does the AI usage number show my credit balance?+

No. AI usage measures model activity. Your account shows your AI Credits balance. Review the credit estimate before starting.

What happens when I try NotePreso without an account?+

You can select a PowerPoint and configure the preview on the homepage. NotePreso does not start processing the file until you sign in or create an account.

How much can I try for free?+

Get 5 free previews a week, each covering up to 5 slides. Previews use Luna. Next reset: shown in your local time when available.

What happens after the free preview?+

You can review or download the preview output. Use another free preview while your weekly quota remains; Pro provides full-deck processing according to your available credits.

Does NotePreso change my original PowerPoint?+

No. Processing uses a working copy and produces a separate result file. The original upload is not overwritten.

Can I still use the full workspace?+

Yes. After signing in, the workspace provides the full generation controls, presentation history and the account plan area.
